The following words and terms used in this Agreement have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to tkok's website, application, and related services.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any person who manages a registered account on tkok.
• "Account" refers to the personal user profile created for each member.
• "Balance" refers to the funds deposited in a member's account.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds or rewards provided by tkok, applicable under specific conditions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to money placed as a bet in any game or sport.
• "Wagering" refers to the required number of betting turnovers on bonus funds that must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use any service on tkok. Registration by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited. tkok may at any time request a government-issued ID to verify age. If the 21+ age requirement cannot be confirmed, the account may be suspended.

2.2 Other Eligibility Conditions

• Each person may register only one account.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Weekly cashback is a set percentage of the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: if a Gold-tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140. tkok reserves the right to change the conditions for receiving VIP benefits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkok:

1. Operating multiple accounts in the name of the same person or members of the same household.
2. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
3. Managing an account using another member's personal information or identity.
4. Attempting to access the system through hacking, viruses, or malicious software.
5. Attempting to gain benefits using a false identity or incorrect information.
6. Dishonestly gaining an advantage by filing deposit chargebacks.

If any of the above violations are proven, tkok will permanently close the account and confiscate all associated funds. Law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.
